Massage Maxx will not be responsible for failure in the performance of any obligations under these terms and conditions. Failure to perform obligations may be caused by factors outside of the company's ability to control. MassageMaxx reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to its website and /or services at any time. This agreement supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements, warranties, and understanding between MassageMaxx, the customer and the website user.

The membership sign up fee is non-refundable. During the initial term of your membership, membership can be "frozen" for up to 3 months. Upon completion of the 1 yr contract, memberships will convert to a month-to-month basis at the rate of $49.99 per month.

12 month contract membership at $49.99 per month includes one 1-hr massage session each month. Cancellation within the term of the 12 month contract will be subject to a $99.98 fee.

Our professional MassageMaxx massage therapists are fully certified and licensed in the State of Texas. Our therapists are caring and friendly individuals with many years of experience. Each MassageMaxx therapist will custom tailor a massage therapy treatment to fit your individual needs.
All of our massage therapists maintain the highest standards of professional conduct. Each MassageMaxx therapist provides services within the scope of their expert training in an ethical and professional manner.

At MassageMaxx, all of your credit card purchases are safe. All credit cards are encrypted and sent via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. We do not store any information regarding your credit card.

  1. MassageMaxx Gift Cards may be redeemed toward MassageMaxx treatments and massage sessions at Massage Maxx and may include the gratuity.

  2. MassageMaxx Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash.

  3. The MassageMaxx Gift Card is valid for a period of up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

  4. Massage Maxx Gift Cards may be purchased at the Massage Maxx reception desk in any denomination. Gift Cards may also be purchased online.

  5. We do accept MassageMaxx Gift Card telephone orders. We may be contacted at 281-493-6299. To place an order by phone, please have your credit card handy as we will need your payment details.

  6. Massage Maxx Gift Cards are non-refundable.
