On your first visit to MassageMaxx, we suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Our receptionist will ask you to fill out a form in which we ask you to record your past/present medical and physical condition. Please also give us any information which we should be aware of prior to the start of your MassageMaxx session. You will then spend some time reviewing your information with your MassageMaxx therapist before the start of your massage therapy session.
Your massage therapist will lead you to a tranquil massage room for further consultation. This massage room is equipped with a comfortable massage table, chair for your use, a shelf for your personal belongings, mirror, wardrobe hooks for your clothes, peaceful music to help you relax, dimmers, and a shower (some rooms are equipped with a shower). You can request that your MassageMaxx therapist adjust the music and lights to a comfortable setting.

After consultation, the therapist will leave the room and wait outside for you to disrobe to the level of your comfort. Some clients prefer to completely disrobe, while others will wish to remain partially clothed. Once disrobed, you will lie down on the massage table, beneath the top sheet. Your therapist will give you a few minutes to get comfortable and will knock before re-entering the massage room.

During the massage session, you will always be draped with the top sheet. Our therapists respect your modesty by uncovering only the area of the body being massaged. We keep our rooms cool to keep our therapists comfortable during the massage. Additional blankets are available upon request. Please feel free to ask the therapist for a blanket before the massage begins.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Before any session, your massage therapist will ask of you to alert them in the event that you are experiencing discomfort during your session. Our massage therapist will take all necessary steps to make your session as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
When your MassageMaxx session has ended, your massage therapist will leave the room so that you may re-dress. Your massage therapist will give you time to change your clothes and will knock before re-entering the room. He or she will guide you back to the front.
