We do highly recommend that our customers make an appointment! MassageMaxx suggests you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Our MassageMaxx Therapist would like to talk to you about your present and past physical condition as well as help you to be comfortable before your massage.
We welcome customers who have not made a prior appointment! We make every effort to accomodate our customers based upon availability.
If you need to cancel your MassageMaxx appointment please notify us in writing 24 hours in advance. We commit our therapists to their appointment schedules to optimally serve you. A late cancellation will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service price. If you do not contact us in writing and do not make your appointment, your credit card will be charged the full service charge.
We, take great pride in the fact that our clients’ appointments are on time and never rushed. We do thank you for being on-time. We do understand that situations may arise beyond your control. We will automatically cancel an appointment if the customer does not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. In such cases the cancellation policy charge will apply. If you arrive late, but within the 15 minute grace period, your appointment will end at the regularly scheduled time.
At MassageMaxx, we are committed to providing superior service to our guests. Our Professional Massage Therapists usually earn a tip between 20% - 30% or $10 to $25 base on the level of service.
We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, VISA and Master Card. We also accept Cash.
All of our therapists meet or exceed certification requirements. Each MassageMaxx Professional Registered Massage Therapist has successfully passed the examination and experience requirements specified by the State of Texas to professionally practice massage therapy. All of our therapists are insured.
You may be assured that your MassageMaxx session will be conducted by a Registered MassageMaxx Professional Massage Therapist who has received proper training and certification.

This will depend on the type of massage that you choose. However, it is entirely up to you what you want to wear. You should undress to the level of your comfort.
The average full body session lasts approximately fifty (50) minutes. Many clients prefer longer session with extra services for optimal relaxation.
